Any service that is performed where a backup should be taken before hand, but you refuse our normal backup service, will be backed-up by JS Comp regardless provided that you sign the appropriate box on the Terms & Conditions form. If your personal backup is missing/faulty/corrupted or otherwise unusable, we can restore your data from our courtesy backup for a reasonable price.
